Mutton Palak

Ingredients:

  • Mutton pieces             200 grams
  • Spinach                       200 grams
  • Onion                          2 pieces
  • Tomato                        3 pieces chopped
  • Cumin powder                        1 tablespoon
  • Ginger paste                1 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste                 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder        ½ tablespoon
  • Mustard oil                  7 tablespoon
  • Salt                              1 tablespoon

Method:

  1. Wash spinach and boiled and blend in blender and keep it aside
  2. In a cooking pan sauté mutton meat in mustard oil till 5 mint
  3. Add all spices and onion   and sautés   another 5 mints and put the lid on  cooked up to 2 whistles
  4. Then add boiled blended spinach put lid again  and cooked till 10 to 15 mints.
  5. Serve with kulcha or brown rice
