Ingredients:
- Mutton pieces 200 grams
- Spinach 200 grams
- Onion 2 pieces
- Tomato 3 pieces chopped
- Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder ½ tablespoon
- Mustard oil 7 tablespoon
- Salt 1 tablespoon
Method:
- Wash spinach and boiled and blend in blender and keep it aside
- In a cooking pan sauté mutton meat in mustard oil till 5 mint
- Add all spices and onion and sautés another 5 mints and put the lid on cooked up to 2 whistles
- Then add boiled blended spinach put lid again and cooked till 10 to 15 mints.
- Serve with kulcha or brown rice
