Mutton Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • Meat          ½ kg
  • Lemon      3
  • Roasted and Crushed Cumin    1tsp
  • Crushed Red Chilies     1 tbsp
  • Crushed Raw Papaya     1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste     1 tbsp
  • Tikka Masala       2 tbsp
  • Oil          as required
  • Salt          to taste

Method:

  1. Put ½ kg meat in a bowl after washing it.
  2. Now add 3 lemons, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies
  3. Add 1 tbsp crushed raw papaya, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp tikka masala
  4. Add salt to taste and keep it for 30 minutes.
  5. Now put them on skewers and grill them or grease them and put them on griller.
  6. When water evaporates, then apply oil with the help of the brush.
  7. Delicious mutton tikka masala is ready.
