Naan Khatai In A Jiffy Recipe Shireen Anwar

INGREDIENTS:

Flour 1 cup heaved

Suji half cup

Gram flour half cup

Little less than 1 cup oil

Sugar ¾ cup heaved

Cardamom powder grinned 1 tsp heaved

Pistachio to garnish

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients together except pistachio and beat for 2 to 3 mins. Put with a spoon on baking tray topped with sliced pistachio

and bake for 12 to 15 mins.
