Nadir Yakhin Recipe
Ingredients
Lotus Root Garlic Paste Yogurt Fennel Powder Black Cumin Seeds Black Cardamoms Bay Leaves Ginger Powder Olive Oil Salt |
½ kg 1 tbsp 250 grams 1 tsp ½ tsp 3-4 2 ½ tsp 1 tbsp to taste |
Method
Take ½ kg of bah clean and wash it and boil it hard. Take a cooking pan add 1 tbsp of olive oil, ½ tsp of cumin seeds, 3-4 black cardamoms, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp of garlic paste fry it now add boiled bah and fry then add 250 grams of yogurt mix it well now add to taste salt, ½ tsp of ginger powder and cook till the yogurt is dry then add as required water cook till the lotus root is tender and stock is ready. At last take it out in a serving dish and garnish with ½ tsp of black cumin seeds and serve it.
