Namkeen roast chicken:
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken ( cut into 8 pcs)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
1 tsp black pepper crushed
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp vinegar
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, vinegar, garlic and ginger and oil, leave it for 2-3 hours.
Meanwhile Mix all ingredients of salad in a bowl and put it in refrigerator.
Put chicken with all juices in a pan and cook on slow flame till chicken is tender.
Then cook on medium flame till becomes golden brown.
