Ingredients:
- Boiled Bengal Gram 500 grams
- Fresh Desiccated Coconut 100 gram
- Ginger Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped Tomatoes 3-4
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- All Spice Powder 1 tsp
- Green Chilies 3-4
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- For Bhaghar
- Whole Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves 3-4
Method:
- Take a cooking pan add 1 tbsp of chopped ginger garlic
- Add 2 tbsp of oil and fry then add 3-4finely chopped tomatoes and roasted
- Then add boiled Bengal gram mix it well then add 1 tsp turmeric powder,
- Add 1 tbsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper,
- Add to taste salt mix it well add as required water and cook.
- Now 100 grams fresh desiccated coconut mix it well.
- At last 3-4 green chilies mix it well.
- Take it out in a serving bowl.
- Take 1 tsp of whole cumin seeds and 3-4 curry leaves in hot oil make the bhaghar add it into the dish and serve it.
