Ingredients:
- Mince half kg
- Mint Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Onion (chopped) 1 cup
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Green Chilies (chopped) 4
- Bread 2 slices
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Ingredient for curry:
- Brown Onions (ground) 3 tbsp
- Coconut Milk 1 cup
- Curry Leaves 8 – 10
- Sriracha Sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt half tsp
- Garam Masala half tsp
- Turmeric half tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Grind mince with mint onion green chilies salt, chili powder and lemon juice, ginger garlic mix well make small balls keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan Add brown onion with coconut milk curry leaves all the spices.
- Add koftas cook for 10 mins.
- Serves sprinkle with coriander leaves.
