Ingredients:

  • Mince half kg
  • Mint Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 4
  • Bread 2 slices
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tsp

 

Ingredient for curry:

  • Brown Onions (ground) 3 tbsp
  • Coconut Milk 1 cup
  • Curry Leaves 8 – 10
  • Sriracha Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt half tsp
  • Garam Masala half tsp
  • Turmeric half tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Grind mince with mint onion green chilies salt, chili powder and lemon juice, ginger garlic mix well make small balls keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan Add brown onion with coconut milk curry leaves all the spices.
  3. Add koftas cook for 10 mins.
  4. Serves sprinkle with coriander leaves.
