Ingredients:
- Whole all spices 2 tbsp
- Sella rice ½ kg
- Peas 2 cups
- Carrot (cubed) 3 large
- Potatoes (cubed) 2 large
- Beans 2 cups
- Raisin 3 tbsp
- Dried dates 8
- Onion slices 1 large
- Peanuts 1 cup
- Cauliflower 2 cups
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a pan heat oil and fry onion , garlic till than golden .
- Now 1 litter water and salt add and bring it to boil .
- Then whole spices add and cook for 5 minutes .
- After this all ingredients mix and cook 5 minutes .
- Now covered and cook on low heat for 15 minutes and serve .
