New York Coleslaw recipe by Chef Rida Aftab at live cooking show “Tarka” only on Masala TV.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Carrot ½ cup
- Boiled Potatoes 1
- Finely chopped Capsicum 1
- Chopped Onion 1
- Chopped Olives 6
- Green Coriander as required
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Curran 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a dish add 1 cup cabbage, ½ cup carrot, 1 boiled Potato, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 chopped onion, 6 chopped olives. Mix well.
- After this add 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup Mayonnaise, ½ tsp black Pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp curran along with green coriander as required. Mix well.
- Ready to serve.
