New York Coleslaw By Chef Rida Aftab

New York Coleslaw recipe by Chef Rida Aftab at live cooking show “Tarka” only on Masala TV.

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Carrot ½ cup
  • Boiled Potatoes 1
  • Finely chopped Capsicum 1
  • Chopped Onion 1
  • Chopped Olives 6
  • Green Coriander as required
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Curran 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a dish add 1 cup cabbage, ½ cup carrot, 1 boiled Potato, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 chopped onion, 6 chopped olives. Mix well.
  2. After this add 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup Mayonnaise, ½ tsp black Pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp curran along with green coriander as required. Mix well.
  3. Ready to serve.
