Ingredients:
- Tartaric 1 tsp
- Dry red chili 50 gm
- Whole red chili 50 gm
- White cumin 6 tbsp
- Whole black cumin 2 tbsp
- Aniseed 2 tbsp
- Big cardamom 1 tbsp
- Star anise 2
- Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg 2
Method:
- On a flat pan add 1 tsp tartaric, 50 gm whole red chili, 50 gm big capsicum, 6 tbsp white cumin, 2 tbsp whole black cumin, 2 tbsp cumin
- Add 1 tbsp big cardamom, 2 tbsp fennel seed, 1 tbsp big cardamom, 2 star anise, 1 tbsp whole black pepper and 2 nut meg to roast.
- Then put all spice in the grinder and grind.
