Nimco Platter

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour½ kg
  • Curry Leaves6-8
  • Khewra 2 cups
  • Yellow lentil½ cup
  • Gram lentil½ cup
  • Peanuts ½ cup
  • Garlic (chopped)8-10 cloves
  • Tartary 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powderas required
  • Chaat masalaas required
  • Food coloras required
  • Oilto fry
  • Saltto taste

Method:

  1. First in ½ kg gram flour add in 1 tbsp red chili powder, turmeric 1tsp tartary,
  2. Add 1 tbsp cumin powder and some salt.
  3. Mix it well and make a batter.
  4. Fry the batter. Now take ½ cup yellow lentil with water and some turmeric.
  5. Mix it and keep it for ½ hour.
  6. Take it out and dry it and fry it.
  7. Now add in some food color n ½ cup gram lentil and some turmeric.
  8. Hard boil it. Heat the oil in the pan and sauté curry leaves in it.
  9. Add in ½ cup peanuts and fry it.
  10. In the end, take a platter and dish out nimko, gram lentil, yellow lentil.
  11. Khewra and peanuts.
  12. Serve it with curry leaves and chaat masala.
