Ingredients:
- Gram flour½ kg
- Curry Leaves6-8
- Khewra 2 cups
- Yellow lentil½ cup
- Gram lentil½ cup
- Peanuts ½ cup
- Garlic (chopped)8-10 cloves
- Tartary 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder1 tbsp
- Turmeric powderas required
- Chaat masalaas required
- Food coloras required
- Oilto fry
- Saltto taste
Method:
- First in ½ kg gram flour add in 1 tbsp red chili powder, turmeric 1tsp tartary,
- Add 1 tbsp cumin powder and some salt.
- Mix it well and make a batter.
- Fry the batter. Now take ½ cup yellow lentil with water and some turmeric.
- Mix it and keep it for ½ hour.
- Take it out and dry it and fry it.
- Now add in some food color n ½ cup gram lentil and some turmeric.
- Hard boil it. Heat the oil in the pan and sauté curry leaves in it.
- Add in ½ cup peanuts and fry it.
- In the end, take a platter and dish out nimko, gram lentil, yellow lentil.
- Khewra and peanuts.
- Serve it with curry leaves and chaat masala.
