Noodle Cupcakes

Noodle Cupcakes
Ingredients:
Potatoes (peeled & grated) ½ cup
Instant Noodles (boiled) ½ cup
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Red Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Eggs 5
Milk 3 tbsp
Sausages (chopped & fried) 2
Cheddar Cheese (grated) ½ cup

Method:
Put all in a bowl and whisk well. Pour in a well-greased cupcake tray and bake for 20 mins. Serve warm.
