Ingredients:
- Egg noodles boiled 2 cups
- Capsicum (chopped) 1
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 2 cups
- Carrot (finely chopped) half cup
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Turmeric half tsp
- Ginger garlic half tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper half tsp
- Szechwan sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
- Break noodles and boil mix with all the given ingredients shape into cutlets, shallow fry until golden brown.
