Noodle Doodle Cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Egg noodles boiled 2 cups
  • Capsicum (chopped) 1
  • Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 2 cups
  • Carrot (finely chopped) half cup
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Turmeric half tsp
  • Ginger garlic half tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper half tsp
  • Szechwan sauce 2 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Break noodles and boil mix with all the given ingredients shape into cutlets, shallow fry until golden brown.
