Ingredients:
- 1 finely chopped carrot
- 1 finely chopped apples
- ½cup raisins
- ½cup mayonnaise
- Noodles as required
- Pineapple cubes as required
- ½tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Boil water in a pan.
- Add the noodles, with salt and 1tbso oil.
- When the noodles are done drain the water and put them under running cold water.
- Lastly add a tablespoon of oil to prevent the noodles from sticking to one another.
- Put the noodles in a bowl along with the mayonnaise, chopped carrots, chopped apples, sugar and salt.
- Soak the raisins in warm water, then mix them into the noodles along with pineapple cubes.
- The noodles salad is ready to serve.
