Ingredients:
- Mongh ki daal ½ cup
- Masoor ki daal ½ cup
- Channay ki daal ½ cup
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Butter ¼ cup
- Spinach finally chopped ½ cup
- Dill chopped ½ bunch
- Meethi chopped 3 bunches
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Loki cut into small cubes 200 grams
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Raw Mangoes ¼ cup
- Stock cubes 2
Ingredients for bhaggar:
- Oil ¼ cup
- Curry leaves 15
- Cumin seeds 1 ½ tsp
- Whole red chilies 6
- Lemon juice ¼ cup
Method:
- Soak all the 3 daals for 2 hour, and then put in a pan for boil, with salt, chili powder, turmeric, all half tsp each heaped.
- And quarter cup oil, till daal tender.
- Then add in all the vegetables with 2 cups water, stock cube, and cook till vegetables tender, lastly give bhgaar with the given ingredients.
