ORANGE BAVARIAN BY SHIREEN ANWAR

Ingredients:

  • Orange juice 1 ½ cup
  • Orange peel 1 tsp
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 12 ounce
  • Sugar ½ cup

Method:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, add sugar, orange juice and orange peel, chill for 1 hour.
  2. Beat cream thick fold in gelatin mixture, mix all well.
  3. Chill until set unmold decorate with whipped cream.
