Ingredients:
- Orange juice 1 ½ cup
- Orange peel 1 tsp
- Gelatin 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream 12 ounce
- Sugar ½ cup
Method:
- Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, add sugar, orange juice and orange peel, chill for 1 hour.
- Beat cream thick fold in gelatin mixture, mix all well.
- Chill until set unmold decorate with whipped cream.
