Ingredients:
- Oranges 3
- Orange zest 1
- Icing sugar 175 gm
- Double cream 584 milliliters
- Wafers (to serve) 6
Method:
- Squeeze the juice of all 3 oranges and pour into a bowl with the zest and sugar.
- Stir to dissolve the sugar and add the double cream.
- Whip everything until it holds soft peaks, and then turn
- into an air-tight container. Cover and freeze until firm.
- Serve in a bowl, with wafers.
