Ingredients:
- Chicken (20 pieces) 1 kg
- Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp
- Ginger (sliced) 1 tbsp
- Mushrooms 2-3 tbsp
- Boiled Peas ½ cup
- Green Onions (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Chicken Stock 1 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- White Pepper ½ tsp
- Sweet Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Corn flour (dissolved in ¼ cup wate 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, stir fry ginger/garlic until brown, add chicken, fry until golden about 5 min, add mushroom , peas.
- Now add all the rest and cook until it boils.
- Lastly add in corn flour mixture, stir and cook until thickened.
