Ingredients:
Chicken (20 pieces) 1 kg
Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger (sliced) 1 tbsp
Mushrooms 2-3 tbsp
Boiled Peas ½ cup
Green Onions (chopped) 2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
White Pepper ½ tsp
Sweet Sauce 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Corn flour (dissolved in ¼ cup wate 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil, stir fry ginger/garlic until brown, add chicken, fry until golden about 5 min, add mushroom , peas. Now add all the rest and cook until it boils. .lastly add in corn flour mixture, stir and cook until thickened.
