Ingredients:
- Raw Onion Paste 1
- Green chilies (ground) 8
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Mint leave 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Cashew nut 4 – 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- green color a pinch
- Fish (slices) half kg
Method:
- Put all the seasoning and spices in blender and blind and grind to make a paste.
- Marinate fishes with paste. For 2 hour. pan fry in ¼ cup oil.
