Pahari Fish

Ingredients:

  • Raw Onion Paste 1
  • Green chilies (ground) 8
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Mint leave 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nut 4 – 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • green color a pinch
  • Fish (slices) half kg

 

Method:

  1. Put all the seasoning and spices in blender and blind and grind to make a paste.
  2. Marinate fishes with paste. For 2 hour. pan fry in ¼ cup oil.
