Paithay Ka Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Pumpkin grated      ½ kg
  • Clarified butter       1cup
  • Sugar                         1-1/2 kg
  • Dried whole milk    250gm
  • Screw pine essence 3tbsp
  • Almonds sliced        2tbsp
  • Pistachios                 2tbsp
  • Poppy seeds                        3tbsp
  • Food color yellow  pinch

Method:

  1. Hear clarified butter in a pan fry pumpkin for 5 min.
  2. Now add sugar fry for 10 min.
  3. Now add poppy seeds , screw pine essence cook for 5 min.
  4. Now add food color dried whole milk , and screw pine essnce mix and cover.
  5. Lastly add almonds and pistachios and serve warm .
