Ingredients:
- Pumpkin grated ½ kg
- Clarified butter 1cup
- Sugar 1-1/2 kg
- Dried whole milk 250gm
- Screw pine essence 3tbsp
- Almonds sliced 2tbsp
- Pistachios 2tbsp
- Poppy seeds 3tbsp
- Food color yellow pinch
Method:
- Hear clarified butter in a pan fry pumpkin for 5 min.
- Now add sugar fry for 10 min.
- Now add poppy seeds , screw pine essence cook for 5 min.
- Now add food color dried whole milk , and screw pine essnce mix and cover.
- Lastly add almonds and pistachios and serve warm .
