Ingredients:
- For gram flour:
- Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin, coriander 1 tbsp
- Carom seeds ¾ tsp
- Soda 1/8 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- For pakora:
- Potato (cut round) as required
- Spinach 8-10 leaves
- Cottage cheese as required
- Onion rings as required
- Finely cut cabbage 1 cup
- Green coriander, green chilies as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all ingredients of gram flour then dissolve it with water and leave for ½ an hour.
- Now make pakora with potatoes, spinach, onion rings, finely cut cabbage and cottage cheese.
- Cut all finely then add green coriander and green chilies mix and make pakoras then serve with chutney.
