Pan Fry Fish and Chili

Ingredients:

  • Fish                                     1 kg
  • Chopped Garlic                         10-15
  • Crushed Black Pepper                     1 tsp
  • Green chilies (Sliced)                    8-10
  • Chili Garlic Sauce                         ½ cup
  • Soya Sauce                               2-3 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice                             2 tbsp
  • Chinese Salt                             as required
  • Oil                                     2-3 tbsp
  • Salt                                     to taste

 

Method:

  1. Take a cooking pan 2-3 tbsp of oil and fry the 10-15 chopped garlic cloves then add 1 kg of fish and stir fry it when the fish change its color ad 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ cup of chili garlic sauce, 2-3 tbsp of soya sauce, add to taste salt, mix it well and fry.
  2. Then add 8-10 sliced green chilies, 2 tbsp of lemon juice mix it well. Take it out in a serving dish and serve it.
