Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg
- Chopped Garlic 10-15
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Green chilies (Sliced) 8-10
- Chili Garlic Sauce ½ cup
- Soya Sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Chinese Salt as required
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a cooking pan 2-3 tbsp of oil and fry the 10-15 chopped garlic cloves then add 1 kg of fish and stir fry it when the fish change its color ad 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, ½ cup of chili garlic sauce, 2-3 tbsp of soya sauce, add to taste salt, mix it well and fry.
- Then add 8-10 sliced green chilies, 2 tbsp of lemon juice mix it well. Take it out in a serving dish and serve it.
