Paneer Jalfrezi

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 2 packets
  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Chopped carrots 1
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped tomatoes 4
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chili sauce ½ cup
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add in lemon juice, 1 tsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp red chili flakes and ½ tsp roasted cumin powder in 2 packet of cottage cheese cubes.
  2. Heat 1 cup oil in the pan, add in 1 cup tomato ketchup, ½ cup chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp cumin, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp nigella seeds. Cook it for some time.
  3. Separately, shallow fry Cottage Cheese and chopped green chilies in a frying pan and shallow fry it and prepare sauce.
  4. Also stir fry capsicum and carrots. Add in lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes. Paneer Jalfrezi is ready to serve.
