Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 2 packets
- Capsicum cubes 1
- Chopped carrots 1
- Lemons 2
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Chopped tomatoes 4
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Chili sauce ½ cup
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Nigella seeds 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add in lemon juice, 1 tsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp red chili flakes and ½ tsp roasted cumin powder in 2 packet of cottage cheese cubes.
- Heat 1 cup oil in the pan, add in 1 cup tomato ketchup, ½ cup chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp cumin, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp nigella seeds. Cook it for some time.
- Separately, shallow fry Cottage Cheese and chopped green chilies in a frying pan and shallow fry it and prepare sauce.
- Also stir fry capsicum and carrots. Add in lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes. Paneer Jalfrezi is ready to serve.
