Paneer Palak Gosht by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients
Beef                                     1 kg
Boiled Spinach                                1 kg
Cottage Cheese                             1 packet
Cumin Seeds                                 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds                             1 tsp
Whole Red Chilies                             4-5
Garlic Paste                                 2 tbsp
All Spice Powder                             1 tsp
Lemon Juice                                 4 tbsp
Green Chilies                                 4-5
Coriander                                 ½ bunch
Oil                                         2-3 tbsp
Salt                                         to taste

Method
Take a cooking pan add oil, heat the oil, add 1 kg of finely chopped spinach sauté it cook until its soft then add it into the grinder and make a paste. Take a cooking pan add oil, heat the oil, 2 tbsp of garlic paste and fry. Now add 1 kg of beef mix it well and roasted. Now add as required water to tender the beef. Then add whole red chilies cut into the middle mix it well. Now add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 4-5 green chilies, roasted and little bit of water mix it well. now add spinach paste, 4 tbsp of lemon juice and add to taste salt cook 10 minutes when gravy is ready take it out in a serving bowl. Take a fry pan add 1 packet of cottage cheese cubes and fry it and add it into the serving bowl. At last garnish with green chilies and coriander and serve it.
