Paneer Tikka Gravy

Ingredients:

 

  • Tikka                              2
  • Cottage cheese             250gm
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Salt                                ½ tsp
  • Chat masala                  1tsp
  • Oil                                  2tbsp
  • Gram flour                    2tbsp
  • Corn flour                     1tbsp
  • Ingredients for gravy:
  • Tomatoes blend           1cup
  • Yogurt                           ½ cup
  • Turmeric                       ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Dried Fenugreek          1tsp
  • All spice                        ½ tsp
  • Salt                                1tsp
  • Green chilies                 as required
  • Coriander                      as required
  • Oil                                  ½ cup

Method:

  1. Marinate tikkas with cottage cheese , red chili powder , salt
  2. Add chat masala , oil gram flour and corn flour
  3. Now for gravy heat oil and cook tomatoes till water dries
  4. Then in yogurt mix turmeric , salt , red chili powder
  5. Add all spice and dried fenugreek add this in gravy .
  6. Lastly add this gravy in tikkas and serve
