Ingredients:
- Tikka 2
- Cottage cheese 250gm
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chat masala 1tsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Gram flour 2tbsp
- Corn flour 1tbsp
- Ingredients for gravy:
- Tomatoes blend 1cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1tsp
- Dried Fenugreek 1tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Green chilies as required
- Coriander as required
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- Marinate tikkas with cottage cheese , red chili powder , salt
- Add chat masala , oil gram flour and corn flour
- Now for gravy heat oil and cook tomatoes till water dries
- Then in yogurt mix turmeric , salt , red chili powder
- Add all spice and dried fenugreek add this in gravy .
- Lastly add this gravy in tikkas and serve
