Ingredients:
- Buns 6
- Potatoes (boiled) 3
- Peas (peeled) ½ cup
- Cauliflower 1 small Flower
- Carrot (grated) 1
- Green Chilies (chopped) 4
- Mustard Powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder (roasted) 1 tsp
- Lemons 3
- Mint Leaves 1 bunch
- White Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- For Buns:
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Butter a small Packet
- Warm Milk ½ cup
Method:
- Boil potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- In a pan, add in cauliflower, grated carrot and peeled peas and vinegar.
- Add in a little salt and steam it.
- Take them out and chop them.
- Add in crushed black pepper, red chili flakes, lemon Juice, salt, 1tbsp mustard powder, chopped green chilies and 1 tsp roasted cumin powder and mix it.
- Add in some oil in the pan, add in the mixture and stir fry.
- Toast the burger buns in the pan and spread 1 tsp milk on each of them to make them moist.
- Spread butter and 2 tbsp chili sauce.
- Add on the vegetables.
- Cover it with other bun.
- Cut it and serve.
