PAO BHAJI Recipe by Rida Aftab in Tarka

Ingredients:
Potatoes (boiled)             3
Tomatoes Paste               1 cup
Yogurt                   1 cup
Butter                  100 gms
Green Peas                  ½ cup
Cauliflower                  1
Finely Chopped Carrots           2
Green Chilies               4
Mustard Seeds               1 tsp
Turmeric                 1 tsp
Salt                     to taste
Red Chilies (crushed)          1 tbsp
Black Pepper (crushed)          1 tbsp
White Cumin Seeds Powder (roasted) 1 tsp
Mint leaves               1 bunch
White Vinegar              2 tbsp
Oil                      2 tbsp

Method:
•    Cut boiled potatoes into small pieces.
•    In a pan, add cauliflower, finely chopped carrots, green peas, white vinegar, salt and give slow steam until dries vegetables water.
•    In a laughter heat oil , add  tomatoes paste, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilies and  roasted white cumin seeds powder.
•    After this, add boiled vegetables cover it and cook.
•    Add butter.
•    Pao bhaji is ready
