Paratha Qeema by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince 1 kg
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Onion 3
  • Lemons 2
  • Chopped Green chilies 4
  • Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. In a pan, add in 1 cup oil and add in 3 chopped onion fry it till they are golden brown.
  2. Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp red chili powder and cook it with some water.
  3. Add in 1 kg mince and some salt.
  4. Add in 4 chopped green chilies, 1 bunch of green coriander and 2 lemon juice, add in lemon juice and simmer it for 5 minutes and serve hot.
