Pasanda Badami Karahi by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Mutton or Beef Pasanda        ½ kg
Oil                            ½ cup
Green Cardamoms            4
Cloves                        4
Black Pepper                6
Onion (grated)                1 large
Tomatoes (blended)            3
Almonds (ground)            1 tbsp
All Spice                    1 tsp leveled
Chilly Powder                1 ½ tsp

For Marinade:
Papaya                        1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste            2 tbsp
Salt                            1 ½ tsp
Curd (beaten)                1 cup
Green Chilies (ground)        6
Mint Leaves                    for garnishing

Method:
Marinate pasanday with all given under marinade for an hour. Heat oil, add whole spice & grated onion & fry till light golden, blend in tomatoes & all the rest, cover and cook till tender serve with fries, garnish with mint.
