Pasanday Ka Salan Coconut by Rida Aftab at Tarka

 

Ingredients:

 

Under Cut Beef Fillet

Yogurt

Ghee

Onions

Cumin Seeds

Dessicated Coconut

Poppy Seeds

Cardamoms

Turmeric Powder

Salt

Black Pepper Corns

Nutmeg, Mace

Citric Acid

Red Chili Powder

Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Ginger

METHOD:

  • In a pan, dry roast cumin seeds, dessicated coconut, poppy seeds, nutmeg and mace, cardamoms, black peppercorns, and grind.
  • Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, citric acid and mix well.
  • Mix the masala with yogurt and apply on beef to marinate.
  • Heat ghee, add pasanday cover and cook for half an hour.
  • Now, add crushed onions and fry well.
  • Then add water and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger and off the flame.
