METHOD:
- In a pan, dry roast cumin seeds, dessicated coconut, poppy seeds, nutmeg and mace, cardamoms, black peppercorns, and grind.
- Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, citric acid and mix well.
- Mix the masala with yogurt and apply on beef to marinate.
- Heat ghee, add pasanday cover and cook for half an hour.
- Now, add crushed onions and fry well.
- Then add water and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger and off the flame.
