Ingredients:
- Meat Strips ½ kg
- Lemons 2
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Ginger Powder 2 tbsp
- Raw Papaya Paste 2 tbsp
- Behari Masala 3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash beef strips and mash add raw papaya red chili powder bihari masala grinded ginger yogurt salt lemon juice and crushed black pepper and keep aside then in a frying pan heat oil and cook.
- When water is dry after golden brown add lemon juice add onion tamarind chutney mint and green chili and serve.
