Ingredients:
- Peanut Butter 2 tbsp
- Coconut Milk ½ cup
- Ginger Paste 1tsp
- Soya Sauce 1tsp
- Fish Sauce 1tsp
- Honey 1tsp
- Lemon Juice 1tbsp
- Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Chicken Breast 2
- Egg 1
- Flour as required
- Bread Crumbs as required
METHOD:
- In a bowl add peanut butter, ginger paste,coconut milk, soya sauce, fish sauce,honey,lemon juice, Chillipowder mix well..
- cut the chicken breast from the middle to make a pocket and filled the peanut butter mixture in it, then coat in flour then dip in egg and then coat in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry till golden and then bake 180c for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot
- (After making peanut butter mixture refrigerate for 20 minutes or until hard)
