Peanut Butter Chicken Kieve By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Peanut Butter 2 tbsp
  • Coconut Milk ½ cup
  • Ginger Paste 1tsp
  • Soya Sauce 1tsp
  • Fish Sauce 1tsp
  • Honey 1tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1tbsp
  • Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Chicken Breast 2
  • Egg 1
  • Flour as required
  • Bread Crumbs as required

 

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl add peanut butter, ginger paste,coconut milk, soya sauce, fish sauce,honey,lemon juice, Chillipowder mix well..
  2. cut the chicken breast from the middle to make a pocket and filled the peanut butter mixture in it, then coat in flour then dip in egg and then coat in bread crumbs.
  3. Shallow fry till golden and then bake 180c for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot
  5. (After making peanut butter mixture refrigerate for 20 minutes or until hard)
