Ingredients:
- Peanut Butter half cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
- Water Quarter cup
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Ginger (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Carrot (julienned) 1
- Cucumbers (julienned) 2
- Capsicum (julienned) 1
- Onion (sliced) half cup
- Coriander leave chopped 2 tbsp
- Peanuts chopped quarter cup
- Rice noodles half packet
- Suree salad dressing half cup
Method:
- Boil water soak rice noodles for 30 min drain.
- In a medium bowl beat peanut butter soya sauce vinegar, sesame oil syrasha sauce, water, salad dressing brown sugar and ginger garlic mix all together.
- Combine pasta with all vegetables pour the dressing over pasta and vegetable
- mix well chill for 1 hour before serving garnish with chopped coriander and peanut.
