Peri Peri Rice
Ingredients:
Boiled rice 3 cups
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Peri Peri sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Tomato deseeded and chopped 1
Oil 1/4 cup
Capsicum deseeded and chopped 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
Heat oil, add chopped onions. Stir fry and add the ginger garlic paste, boiled rice, soya sauce, peri peri sauce, salt and white pepper. Lastly add capsicum and tomato cubes and mix them. Simmer and serve.
