Phaliyan Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Green Beans ½ kg
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili (crushed) ½ tsp
  • Button Red Chilies 3
  • Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  • Green Chilies for garnishing

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and tomatoes, mix and cook well.
  2. When tomatoes are tender, add beans, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric
  3. Add crushed red chilies and whole button red chilies.
  4. Mix all well lastly add coriander and green chilies. Serve hot
