Phalli Qeema

Ingredients:

  • Beef Mince ( Hand Crushed )                                        ½ kg
  • Green Beans                                                                       250 grams
  • Ginger Garlic Paste                                                           1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes                                             2-3
  • Finely Chopped Onion                                                    2
  • Crushed Red Chili                                                             1-1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed Coriander Seeds                                               ½ tsp
  • Crushed Cumin Seeds                                                      ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder                                                              1 tsp
  • All Spice Powder                                                               1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper                                                     1 tsp
  • Tamarind Pulp                                                                   ½ cup
  • Finely Chopped Coriander                                             ½ bunch
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilies                                                5-6
  • Oil                                                                                          ½ cup
  • Salt                                                                                         to taste

Method:

  1. Take a cooking pan add ½ cup of oil add 2 finely chopped onion and fry.
  2. Now add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste mix it well and fry.
  3. Now add ½ kg beef mince(hand crushed)and roasted add 2-3 finely chopped tomatoes, 250 grams of green beans and roasted
  4. Add as required water and cook until the mince is tender.
  5. Add 1-1/2 tbsp of crushed red chili, ½ tsp of crushed coriander seeds, ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  6. Add 1 tsp of all spice powder, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper
  7. Add to taste salt and cook.
  8. Now add ½ cup of tamarind pulp and mix it.
  9. Now take it out in a serving bowl garnish 5-6 finely chopped green chilies
  10. Add  ½ bunch of finely chopped coriander mix it well and serve it.
