Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Tomatoes 2
- Green Chilies 10
- Salt As per taste
- Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
- Fennel Seeds 1tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1tsp
- Coriander Seeds 1tsp
- Crushed Red Chili 1tsp
- Onion Seeds A pinch
- Pickle As per preference
- Gram Flour 3 tbsp
- Yoghurt 250 gram
- Coriander Leaves For garnishing
Method:
- Peel and chop the potatoes.
- Fill a saucepan with water and add the chopped potatoes, tomatoes and green chilies.
- Now add all the dry spices and put it to boil.
- When the potatoes are almost cooked, add pickle as per your desired taste.
- Mix yoghurt and gram flour together to form a paste.
- Add this to the potatoes and cook for a few minutes on medium high flame.
- Serve in the dish and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
