PINEAPPLE SPLIT CAKE
Ingredients:
Digestive Biscuits 1 packet
Low Fat Milk 2 cups
Cottage cheese as required
Pineapple cubes ½ cup
Low fat cream 1 packet
Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Chopped almonds 10
Method;
Crush the digestive biscuits. Take 2 cups low fat milk and 2 tbsp cornflour. Mix it and make custard. Take a dish and layer the crushed biscuits, layer the custard. Beat together, cottage cheese, 1 back cram abd 2 tsbp brown sugar and beat it and add in biscuits on the yop. Add in pineapple pieces on the top amd low fat cream, add in chopped almonds. Pine apple split cake is ready to serve.
