Piyaz Gosht

Ingredients:

  • 500 grm mutton (with bone)
  • 2 cup onion (thickly sliced)
  • 2 medium tomato ( chopped)
  • 2tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1tbsp ginger (chopped)
  • 1tsp cumin seed
  • 6-8 black pepper corn
  • 2-3clove
  • 1stick cinnamon
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp turmeric
  • 2tsp Taara garm masala
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4-6 green chillies ( cut into half)

Method:

  1. In a pan add mutton, garlic, ginger and whole spices with 1 cup of water
  2. Now covered the pan and cook on low heat until mutton is done.
  3. Now add oil ,onion and remaining spices and fry untill onion is lightly caramalized.
  4. Then add chopped tomato and green chillies, cook another 2-3 mint.
  5. Serve with rice or chapati.
