Pizza Paratha by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breasts (boiled & shredded) 2
  • Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 – 3tbsp
  • Capsicum (chopped) 1
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Olives 6 – 8
  • Mushroom (sliced) 3 – 4
  • Crush red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pizza sauce 4 tbsp

 

Ingredients for paratha:

  • Flour 3 cups
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil quarter cup

 

Method for Filling:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add pizza sauce with boiled chicken crush pepper, cook for 5 min and remove.

 

Method for Paratha:

  1. Kneed all well together in to a medium dough make into balls stuff with filling and roll as shown, Shallow fry.
