PODINA KA MEETHA RECIPE

Milk Gelatin Powder Cream Mint Leaves Sugar Condensed Milk Red Jelly Biscuits Crumbs |
½ liter 1 tbsp 1 packet 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup 1 packet 2 cups |
METHOD:
- Cook the milk
- Then add sugar, mint leaves and boil. After two boils, strain the leaves out.
- In blender, add milk, gelatin, cream, and condensed milk and blend well.
- In a dish, spread biscuit crumbs like a base and pour blended mixtures. Let it set in fridge for 2 hours. Before serving, garnish with jelly and mint leaves.
