Pooriyan

Ingredients:

  • All purpose Flour ½ kg
  • Clarified Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Baking Soda 1 pinch
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as required

 


Method:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of all purpose flour , 2-3 tbsp of clarified butter
  2. Add a 1 pinch of baking soda and add as required salt to make a soft dough.
  3. Now make small small balls and roll it with the help of rolling pin.
  4. Now heat the oil in a deep wok and fry the pooriyan. Now pooriyan is ready.
