Ingredients:
- To marinate
- Boneless fish 300gm
- Garlic 3to4 cloves
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Chili powder 1tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Lemon ½
- Salt 1tsp
- Ingredients for crust
- Corn flour 4tbsp
- Beaten egg 1
- Bread crumbs 1-1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut fish in small cubes , now marinate fish with garlic.
- Add black pepper , red chili powder , turmeric , salt and lemon juice for 15 min.
- Now add 1tsp corn flakes and mix.
- Now add 1tsp black pepper in bread crumbs.
- Now beat 1 egg , now dip fish first in egg then in bread crumbs.
- Now again dip in eggs , bread crumbs.
- Lastly fry for 4 to 5 min and serve .
