Potato Chicken Poppers

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince         ½ kg
  • Grated potatoes     750 grams
  • Oil                               for frying
  • Salt                             1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder         1 tbsp
  • Chili powder                        1 tbsp
  • Flour                          2 cups
  • Black pepper           1 tbsp
  • Eggs                            3
  • Oregano                   1 tsp

Method:

  1. In a bowl add potatoes, chicken mince, salt, garlic powder, chili powder.
  2. Add oregano, black pepper and eggs then mix well.
  3. Now shape it into a patty coat in flour.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the patty on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve.
