Ingredients:
- Rice (boiled & mashed)4
- Green peas (boiled) 1 cup
- Bread slices 4
- Onions(chopped) 1
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Capsicum 1
- Egg 1
- Soya sauce 1tbsp
- Chinese salt ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- First mash potatoes & green peas ,now add in chopped onions
- Add chopped capsicum soya sauce, Chinese salt and black pepper
- Then add soaked bread slices and make balls
- Now dip the balls in corn flour and eggs and deep fry .
