Pudina Lassi

Ingredients:

  • Mint Leaves (finely chopped) 5 tbsp
  • Plain Yogurt 2 cups
  • Rock salt (kala namak) 1½ tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted, ground) ½tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chilled Water 1 cup
  • Ice cubes 4-6

Method:

  1. Put yogurt, mint, cumin seeds, rock salt in a blender.
  2. Blend for a few seconds.
    Add chilled water and ice cubes.
  3. Blend till frothy. S
  4. serve sprinkled with a pinch of ground roasted cumin seeds(powder)
  5. garnish with finely chopped mint
