Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Nutmeg 1 piece
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Bay Leaves 2
- Green Chilies 6
- Stock 1 cup
- Rice (boiled) 2 cups
- Ghee ½ cup
- Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- Mace 2 piece
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black Cumin 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Kewra Essence 1 tbsp
- Star Anise Powder ½ tsp
- Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
Method:
- In a pan, heat ghee add ginger garlic paste, black cumin seeds, bay leaves, nutmeg , mace, chicken boneless and mix well.
- Now add stock, salt, finely chopped green chilies, let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- After this, add boiled rice , star anise powder , mint leaves, kewra, saffron , yellow food color and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Removes from the stove.
- Delicious punjabi pulao is ready.
