QASOORI MURGH
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless Chicken 1 kg
Fried onion 1 cup
Fried Tomatoes ½ Kg
Salt 1 tsp
Fried Red Chili 2 tsp
Allspice 1- ½ tsp
Cream 1 packet
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Green Coriander ½ bunch
METHOD:
First heat ½ cup oil and add 2 tsp cumin in it and fry. Now add 1 cup fried onions and fry it for2 minutes. Now add 1 cup fried onions and fry for two minutes. With it add, ½ kg fried tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1-1/2 tsp all spice powder , 1 packet cream, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds and cook it properly. Now add 1 kg boneless chicken in it and cook it on low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the stove in the end and sprinkle ½ bunch green coriander.
