Ingredients:
- Mince (beef) ½ kg
- Garlic Paste 1-1/2 tbsp
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1tsp
- Tomatoes 4
- Brinjal 3
- Oil 1/4cup
- Almonds 1/2
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut the Brinjal in slices and shallow fry them. Set aside
- Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan add chopped onion and fry till golden
- Add garlic paste beef mince salthe red chilli powder and fry for few minuteson high flame
- Add chopped tomatoes.
- Cover and cook till mince is all done and render and oil starts to float then add black pepper powder and mix well.
- Lastly put fried Brinjal on top then Almonds and garnish with coriander in the end.
