Qeema Baingan

Ingredients:

  • Mince (beef) ½ kg
  • Garlic Paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1tsp
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Brinjal 3
  • Oil 1/4cup
  • Almonds 1/2
  • Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1.  Cut the Brinjal in slices and shallow fry them. Set aside
  2. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan add chopped onion and fry till golden
  3. Add garlic paste beef mince salthe red chilli powder and fry for few minuteson high flame
  4.  Add chopped tomatoes.
  5. Cover and cook till mince is all done and render and oil starts to float then add black pepper powder and mix well.
  6. Lastly put fried Brinjal on top then Almonds and garnish with coriander in the end.
